FAQs

With many smaller or startup businesses, there is a lot of worry about getting what you’re ordering or being scammed. While we can’t assure that everything will fit, we can assure that we authenticate each of our sellers and buyers before purchases or swaps are made. If you receive an empty package or an incorrect item, please reach out to us on the Contact Us page and we will get our experts to view your request.

This may be the first time you have ever tried to pack up an order for someone. It’s not like you have a home postal service, so how would you go about sending something? Well, if you have any old boxes laying around, or recently ordered a package from elsewhere and haven’t tossed (or recycled) it yet, then you can cross out or rip off your current label and replace it with the one provided from us when you finalize your swap/listing. You can even get a little creative if you don’t want to purchase something from a postal store. Many retailers have recycling for their own cardboard and waste. You could try asking your local retailers if they would spare an extra box or bag for you!

When you place an order, we have appointed you to make an account. The email linked to your account will provide all of the order information needed to track and confirm your order. Confirming your order is a crucial step so you can let your seller know you received their awesome item.

This happens often. Don’t be alarmed. As long as you have a valid email address set up with your account, we can send you an email to change your password and get you back to business! If you have no idea what email address you entered or typed in gibberish, we still have you covered. Head over to the Contact Us page and we can get this sorted for you.

It is sad to see our material things live new lives without us. Unfortunately, once you have sent something away it will be in the hands of you and your purchaser to dispute that. It is difficult to let go, but some belongings are not meant to come back to us. If you need any help reaching out to previous clients or need our kind words to help settle disputes, Contact Us.

This is a typical thing to happen as unfortunate as it is. The postal services we use in the US are sometimes not the most amazing thing in the world. Especially with how much carbon waste that is created from the use of shipping. (We have partnered with the Amazon Prime vans to avoid this.) But there are still mistakes that are prone to occur. You can either use the link at the bottom of your appointed shipping email to contact your delivery service or Contact Us and we will try to find your lost package or see what we can do to fix or reimburse you for the damaged item.
